A. THE BUG/ISSUE (Varies from issue to issue)
[ol]- Can U reproduce the problem & if so how reliably?: Yes
-
If U can, exact steps to reproduce. If not, exactly what U did & what happened:
a: Go to General Tasks
b: Click SCAN
c: Select Quick Scan on the Scan dialog box (or any other type - it doesn’t matter)
[b]d: The scan begins. Threats found are displayed at the bottom of the dialog. Click the down “arrow” to view details of these threats that were found.
THIS SCAN dialog should be RESIZABLE and you should be able to MAXIMIZE it.
All similar dialogs that show long file paths should be resizeable so that you can view the details of the infected files. In its current non-resizable form it is difficult to see the details of the threats and the operating system folders where those infected files are stored.
See attached screenshot showing the usability problem.
