Scan aborted version 8.2.0.4591 - Window 7

I have the Internet Security Premium version 8.2.0.4591 - Window 7.

Problem:

  • When I do a full scan it says 100% but, in the status it will say ‘scan aborted’
  • The scan ran for more than 1 hour.
  • Return to the scan menu and it says my last scan was a month ago despite just doing a scan.
  • Database update only goes up to 75% and says its updated and complete.
  • Main menu says my ‘defense’ function is not working properly. Click on ‘fix it’ comes up with an error and gives me a report which I can’t open or read.

Please help! What is happening?
