Those scams are terrible; trying to separate people from their money with bogus talks…
I wanted to check in and mention that this company is still in business. They called me recently. They also called many friends in my city. It seems they targeted our area with a campaign, trying to sign people up to their ‘services’. Now they are using a different name, though. They say they are from ‘Tech Services’ or similar. It was the same people because they said I had paid them 499.00 previously. And they tried to get me to ‘log on’ to their web site. Which is what they did before when they used the pointer to try and show me I was ‘leaking’ information. In fact, in their sales call, they claimed they had ‘information’ that my computer was ‘leaking’. Or being hacked. So they are still up to their old tricks.
Too bad that scammers like that are still in business. Glad you do not believe them.
