OK I’m missing something pretty basic, I expect. In virtual mode I open my email account (live) and I have a PDF from my insurance company. I wish to save it to my PC in order to access and print it at my convenience. I open the PDF and ‘File’ ,‘Save as’, Windows Explorer comes up. ‘Downloads’ is highlighted, but there is no sign of a Shared Space folder. If I save it in Downloads it naturally is not available from my normal desktop. So, how do I save files to the Shared Space folder? Where is it? How do I access it to save and retrieve files?

The default location is 'C:/Program Data/Shared Space’.
Note: You can manually add a desktop shortcut pointing to this location for convenience.
