In my case the virtual desktop is a useless tool ( CTF Loader, the problem is ignored by developers for a very long time )

It is safe? This may cause a conflict or damage to the system?

Sandboxie has a compatibility wizard, if I remember correctly. There shouldn’t be any problem (if properly configured). You’ll have to search both forums for guides/hints. You could report compatibility issues to them (at least, that’s what I recommend).
