Sandbox disabled

Hi.

I’m using CIS 4.1xxx920 without AV and with Sandbox disabled, and that puts me two questions.

1 Does this option give me a product similar to V3?
2 Will the sandbox continue to be optional in future versions?

  1. Yes, pretty much. Mainly the 4.0 update introduced the Sandbox, but there are other small things. The COMODO Release Notes explain the general updates.

  2. Well, technically the sandbox is not optional, as you must install it to use D+. If you mean being able to disable it, then yes, I see no reason why they would force users to use it, so there will always be options to disable features you do not want, even if you have to install them.
