Safe app in the firewall

sorry for my bad englisch a basic questation . Where is in the firewall list of safe application ? trusted vedors etc. ?

The whitelist isn’t user viewable, but you can see applications you’ve defined under Firewall → Network Security Policy, and the trusted vendors by going to Defense+ → Computer Security Policy → Trusted Software Vendors.
