I am pretty new to computers and have a question. I currently run spybot search and destroy. Do i have to delete it first before i download the free spyware from here? Or can i run both at same time? ???
G’day and welcome to the forums,
You can have two anti spyware packages installed, but only one of them can be configured to run all the time, monitoring what you are opening (in Spybot terms, this is the “TeaTimer” component). The second spyware package can be installed but the “On Access” component needs to be turned off. Otherwise, the two tend to get into ever decreasing circles checking what the other was doing.
