RTMP/RTSP Set up

Hi Like most I am nervous making changes but I am looking to allow this traffic for my W7 computer, The Adobe setup page states :-

and an application I am hoping to use to capture the streams states

HTTP 8000 9000
HTTP 80 83
RTMP 1935 1935
RTSP 554 554

I think what I need is a ruleset for Flash, but can someone advise which are correct ports, and how exeactly I need to set this up please ?

Are you running a Flash Media Server or just flash the client to connect to a flash media server? If you’re using flash to connect out to a server then you don’t need to make any rules as flash will be allowed all outgoing connection requests because flash is a trusted application.
