Rootkits detected, but can not be removed?

Every Sunday I run a scheduled full system scan, and every Sunday Comodo AV finds the following rootkit problems…

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID{78A5…}\InProcServer32\hahionppdlnpdibc
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID{78A5…}\InProcServer32\jahionppdldlicdbopo
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID{78A5…}\InProcServer32\kahiimibdfihhfefdicjmd
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID{78A5…}\InProcServer32\kahimmdaebfifhnbfjcjnn

And every Sunday I selected “Clean”, but it tells me it was unable to do so.

What are these? Are they false positives? Is there a workaround/solution to this?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Bumping this topic as I had accidentally removed it 7 days during a maintenance task.

My apologies for that.
