Rootkit help

Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

I am new to Comodo and ran a spyware scan and I am getting a rootkit result. Could someone please look at this at let me know if this is a false positive or if not what to do with it. Thanks for your help. I attached the copy of the scan results.

I have not heard from anyone on this matter. If I have not posted in the correct place could someone please let me know. This is still showing up in my scans. Thanks

Have you tried to remove respective item with CIS?
