I am runing windows xp and want to restric some user from accessing the web but want full control to others.
can some one help with this task

This is not really a firewall issue. Really your should investigate creating different user accounts and perhaps looking at Group Policy. Both of which are features of XP

I would suggest you post your query in the approriate ms newsgroup. There are numerous ms mvp’s who should be able to help you re group policies.
