I created a backup a few days ago, went to restore it today and it send the files to several different folders. Example, files from C:\ were placed into program folders. If I restore to a single folder and maintain the directory structure everything comes out fine, but then I have to paste those folder back into the directory structure.
I tried this a number of times, each time did a clean install of the OS.
