Also I had +defense on safe mode and I noticed that it just started adding rules for programs? Why is this? I don’t have it using the trusted vendors. Does it do this as learning from when a trusted/system app runs another app?
You can try to copy this file to \Program Files\Comodo\Comodo Internet Security\Database and reboot your system after that.
Next to Safe-Mode there is also internal whitelisting in CIS this is not a public list put Comodo’s internal view of “safe” files that will be learned in Safe-Mode also…

Just remove the file from your CIS folder. Tell CIS to check for updates and it should give you the file again.
