I am also unable to use the "I forgot my password " option on your login page as I get an “incorrect e-mail” message.
I did not change my email. The password is the same for the last 3 months and yet I cannot access my account!

At this link Forget Password | COMODO Account Management you may use your login or your e-mail for password recovery. Note that you should use here e-mail that you had used for Comodo services subscription. Also you cannot use your TrustConnect service password to access your account on https://accounts.comodo.com.
