*** RESOLVED *** - Some web pages buttons do not respond

On the Macys.com web site account page, there is a feature to view credit card statements. This is accomplished by pressing an “go” button in a small popup window (see attachment). When the “go” button is pressed, a new popup is supposed to appear with the PDF image of the statement. This works okay with Chrome and IE11 but not with Dragon.

Dragon Version: 30.0.0.0
OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit with SP1
Security: Microsoft System Center End Point Protection 4.3.215.0

Dragon settings reset to Default

I have also seen a similar behavior where a picture gallery left and right buttons would not respond on a MSN.COM site.

Hello,

Try disabling the “Do not allow websites to know where you came from (suppress HTTP Referrer header)” option under Settings>Show advanced settings>Privacy.
One other thing you could try is to add the websites you’re having trouble with in PrivDog’s exception list.

Please let us know if either of these solutions helped.
Regards.

“Do not allow websites to know where you came from (suppress HTTP Referrer header)” already disabled. Adding the site to PrivDog fixed it. :D. Thanks for the quick reply.
