When I start up, I get an error that Comodo Security failed to load or launch. I am unable to reinstall or even run the Comodo installer. Attached is a diagnostic report.

I tried manually running cmdisntall.exe but it was completely unresponsive.

Downloading the latest CIS also failed to run.

I have split your post for a new topic here. As for the error it is already a known issue, but to repair your installation run the removal tool from here then run the installer again.
