[Resolved] Backup Source List Gone

New user to CB here. I installed and started my first backup. I realized that I had selected the wrong directories and aborted the job. Now when I open up CB to try again the backup source window is blank. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling with no luck. Any ideas?

Try to resize the window.
If this still doesn’t work, close CBU.exe, delete registry keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComodoGroup\ComodoBackup and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ComodoGroup\ComodoBackup then open CBU.exe.


As an FYI to everyone, I received the following email from support.

    Thank you for your feedback on Comodo BackUp 3.0 build 130!
    We are aware of the existing GUI problems on 120DPI resolution. The backup source list is displayed overlapped on the middle section. This will be fixed in the next version of Comodo BackUp; until then you can adjust the font size to the default scale - 96 DPI or "smaller" - 100% (Windows 7: Control panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display).</blockquote>

This resolved my issue.
