Resetting V4 Profile settings to factory defaults

I’ve installed V4 and made changes in the active profiles. Is there a way I can restore them to factory settings so I can start over? Also can someone explain the difference between them and which one should be active normally? Thanks

CIS holds back up copies of the default profiles in its installation folder. You can import one of them under Manage My Configurations.

In general the Proactive Security gives more control and is more secure. It is for people who don’t mind more alerts in exchange for hands on control.
