Request CIS Virus Definition Database offline download

Hi I am trying to install CIS for last 3 days. I am having trouble with my Internet connection i.e it not available continuously and hence my web installer fails every time.

So I was wondering, if their is place where I can manually get database and install it as a update pack.

I know that offline installation for CIS is available but I need virus defindtion DB too.
