Rephrased! How do I close the "Comodo Scan" notification after scanning a file?

I have my CIS6 set through my IDM (Internet Download Manager) to automatically scan every file that it downloads, using my Trusted CIS version 6.

Now, the question I have is… How do I make CIS6 automatically close the notification (Comodo Scan) after it finishes doing a scan? There is a checkmark box that reads; “Turn off this computer if no threats are found at the end of scan.” Now, I have not checked, but does this actually mean what it says “turn off the computer…” or does it just “turn off” the notification box?

I remember in all of the other CIS versions that I have used on my system, it closed automatically.

I hope my rephrasing of my question worked this time.

I had just tried to check the box “Turn off this computer if no threats are found at the end of the scan” and it would not allow it to be checked. Hmmm Bug?
