Remove failed need a technician to help?

Is this beta AV kind of incomplete or has a bug coz many times quarantining the malware it gives the popup remove failed need technician help? Even for simple harmless sample too. 5.5 never gave this popup.
Is this a bug? or some kind of advertising tactics for geekbuddy?

Whats the use of an AV if for every malware it say remove failed need help?

Presumably you’re running this in a VM since you’re actively running malware,you’re aware that CIS doesn’t function correctly in Virtualbox? If not it’d be likely you’ve encountered a bug as this isn’t typical behaviour for “simple” malware.

I just tried to download & save malware from malwaredomainlist on real system i.e no VM & CIS gives this message a lot.
