Remote Desktop Connect antivirus scanning error...

When attempting to run either of the scan methods (“My Computer” or “Critical Areas”) while accessing a PC remotely causes the following error to appear (picture attached).

Hi,
Try the following after connecting to the remote desktop…
1.Right Click on CIS tray icon and select Exit
2.wait for 10 seconds
3.Launch CIS and then run the scanner
