If you want to change a rule you’ve made please go to Defense+ / Advanced / Computer Security Policy. From here you can select the program from the list and either manually edit the rules or delete it from the list. Deleting it from the list will prompt it to ask you for any rules you had already assigned to it.
I hope this was the problem you were referring to.
As for the second problem I’m not sure what you were referring to. What were you trying to change?
