Can you provide me some basic information about the installer? How big is the size? It is to establish whether it is an installer with both the 32 and 64 bit versions or a standalone installer for 32 or 64 bits Windows. What does the Details tab tell about which version of CAV it is?

Can you confirm you are using Windows XP SP2 or later?

Dear Sir / Madam,

I’m using Windows XP Service Pack 2, i’m also encounter the problem after i update the Comodo Internet Security.

The warning message appear every time log into Windows XP
→ cmdinstall.exe - entry point not found
→ The procedure entry point get logical processor information could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL 32.DLL

I uninstall Comodo Internet Security with Windows XP original remove program, but it hang in half and i force to click “X” to end up the process, and the next problem that i cannot connect internet, with repeated appear connect limited.

I search from below post which found that there have some users who are facing the same problem with me.

I use both to clean the Comodo Internet Security. Finally, the warning message not appear in Windows every time i log in, and the internet have connected successfully.

But i want reinstall back the Comodo Internet Security with latest files i downloaded from Comodo official website.
It appear the warning message again.

From the forum, i saw user also suggest install RevoUninProSetup to clean everything files which link in my computer.
I install and doing cleaning process. But still have one problem, the program called “Comodo System Cleaner”, this program unable in force uninstall, every time i uninstall the program it will reappear again, in the H Key, system directory.

Please assist and advise how to settle the problem for reinstall back Comodo Internet Security again, thanks~~
