Registration Required: Unable to create Ticket

Why would I receive a “Registration Required: Unable to create Ticket” email when I haven’t attempted to submit a ticket?

Hi,

We use a registration based system.

You must have emailed one of the departments to receive the ‘register’ email.

You will also receive the email if you have any auto-responder set up
that auto-replies to emails we send regarding any order placed etc.
