We have manual update were bases.cav can be downloaded and can be directly replaced in to the scanner folder by renaming it the olderer bases . but we need the bases.cav in to some .exe format were we can double click the .exe format then the bases.cav have to be extracted .
CIS 6.0 no longer uses bases.cav. There have been requests to be able to manually update the DB from your local HDD. Hopefully, the devs will include this in the final release.
We don’t know when it will be released.
