On my Comodo Firewall shield icon, there is a red circle with a line through it on the bottom right corner. It looks like the no smoking icon over it. I did the diagnostic thing to check for problems and it didn’t find anything wrong. How do I fix it, other then closing the application and re-opening it.
At the bottom it says “All systems are active and running”
Can you open Task Manager (ctrl + atl + del) and see under the Processes tab if cfp.exe and cmdagent.exe are running?
Yes, they are both running. Currently the icon has the red circle with the line through it on the bottom right corner of the shield.

Does Diagnostics find any problems?
What Operating system are you on?
Windows XP
What other security and network related programs do you have running? Try disabling them and see if that changes things or not.
