This is in my exclusion list:

It still list files here while doing a manual scan of “My Computer”.
Yes, the exclusion list doesn’t operate as you would expect. (Nor, as the help files states…)
Files/folders on the exclusion list are still scanned for some reason, but alerts are apparently ignored. In other words, the only thing ‘excluded’ is an alert popup.
I have yet to see developers confirmation as to whether the list is operating as they had intended, (The help file leads me to think not…) or if it is simply broken at the moment.
