Recovery failed with code 40 (Not initialized)

Hi, Can anyone shed any light on this problem please? ???

The back up size is 191 GB and I have over 200 GB free, but am only trying to do a partial restore. Other backups are working OK but I cannot mount this backup.
I can read all the contents and file directories though.

Hi

The issue was reported before.
A fix for this will be available in a few weeks.

Meanwhile you can use one this GUI.exe, place it in your installation folder and use it instead of CBU.exe:
GUI.exe (32bit OS)
GUI.exe (64bit OS)
