My computer had some problems so Technical Support deleted my profile from the company Active Directory and created a new one. Next time I logged on this created a new profile in my laptop. I don’t know where is stored my email certificate or how to recover it to put it back to work. I konw is somwhere inside my laptop or hope so

Yes, I have the same problem. I had to reinstall my OS. And I lost my certification. Now I don’t know how I can install the certification of my email again.
