Why is this necessary? Even if there are occasions where a reboot is required, the program should at least offer the option to reboot later!

In CRC, go to the Settings tab and uncheck “Use Registry Protection” if you don’t want to reboot your system.

You can also just click “No” when the message pops up saying that registry protection is enabled, do you want to clean with registry protection. Clicking no will still do the clean, but it won’t reboot.
