No, that would chew up resources and kill your battery. It scans whenever an app is installed (sideways or Play Store), and manually when you ask it to.

CMS doesn’t scan when apps executed.
Because CMS has a scanner and also scans when installed, so it can keep the system safe and we dont need scan when apps executed
