Readyshare USB Network Drive Blocked

I have searched the internet and the Comodo Forums but haven’t seen an answer to this.

I have a USB hard drive connected to my router. With Comodo Firewall on I cannot see the drive in my Windows Explorer. If I briefly disable Comodo Firewall off and Windows firewall on I am able to connect to the drive through Windows Explorer. I can then turn off Windows firewall and Comodo back on and everything is fine as long as I don’t reboot my PC. Then I have to start all over again.

I added the routers IP address range to the Application Rules as allowed but that didn’t help.

What do I need to enable in Comodo to maintain the connection?

Running windows XP with SP3.
WNDR4000 Modem
File Sharing is turned on.

G’day,

Have a look at
https://forums.comodo.com/empty-t61863.0.html

Most NAS type devices using NFS fragment their data packets and fragmentated packets need to be made allowable by CIS. Similarly, most WiFi printers also require “Block fragmented packets” to be disabled.

Hope this helps,
