re-issue a certificate

I am trying to move my site to a new host and I need to re-issue the certificate based on a new CSR. How can I do this?

Hi,

Check this knowledgebase article:

The article does not however tell you what to do next…which is submit the CSR with your
order number to the support team, asking for a re-issue.

You can do that by selecting ‘Submit a Ticket’ on the support website:
