I split moved your topic.

You have been reporting this in two bug related threads where it is more than likely just another help topic about how to open ports with the new default settings. Neither did I see a post in the help boards

Consider starting with With CIS v4 my p2p client (uTorrent, e Mule…) is not working properly anymore to try to solve the problem.
