Quick Scan problem

The Quick Scan cannot be removed nor does it work. It hangs at scan data 127.0.0.1. When I click stop, it asks if I’m sure I want it stopped. Clicking yes does nothing. The scan window stays on top, will not close no matter what I do. Repeating ‘stop’ function brings up the ‘Are you sure you want to stop?’ I’ve attached a screen shot. The Full Scan works fine. Please help. :frowning:

This may be due to problems with the installation. If there are no other real-time AV programs currently installed on your computer please try reinstalling CIS by following the advice I provide in this topic.

However, if there are other AV programs see what happens when you disable their real-time protection.

Please let me know what you find out.
