hey guys… i installed comodo internet security on my laptop… its a 64bit but for some weird reason this caused my laptop to crash? i recieved a blue screen and then the laptop just restarted… this kept happening untill i removed comodo internet security… my laptops fine now but im stuck with AVG 
is comodo compatible with a 64bit?
and also the same thing happened with “comodo system cleaner”
CIS and CSC are both 64 bits compatible.
May be left overs of previously installed security programs are in the way. Try using removal tools for those programs. Here is a list of removal tools for common av programs: ESET Knowledgebase .
Otherwise do a Google search with terms “removal tool” and * name of product or vendor*.
thanks for the reply, ive installed comodo internet security on my laptop… but for some odd reason it says “The network firewall is not functioning properly!” so i clicked “run diagnostics” and it came back telling me that the problem cant be fixed… is there any way around this?
Are there other security programs running or programs that interfere with networking (Peerblock, Netlimiter etc…)? See if disabling them helps.
