As we know unknown files go to unrecognized list, get sandboxed (rights dropped) and send to comodo for analysis (if not too big) … where they sit for months… or years. I know there are too many file and huge backlog and stuff, I also know you can post the file info in apropriate thread for it to get recognized faster,but that’s not the point, so users have no idea where in line their file(s) is \ are and how long do they have to wait. So I suggest adding queue number (number in line) next to “Unknown” status when looking up files in CIS.
Or if that can’t be done, at least some kind of progress info on file identification.
