I too have submitted several files for analysis over and over. I never seem to get any feedback as to whether they check out as good or bad. Shoul I be getting feedback? And how long does that take to happen? Many thanks. :THNK
I have never seen feedback on files, but my guess is that if you keep the submitted file on hand for a period of time, the next time you do a Lookup for it, it should be listed as safe or not. How long this should be is anyone’s guess. Note - you should do a lookup for any file you are planning to submit. If it is known, then it can be removed from the Submit queue. If it is known, the Lookup function will offer to put it on you Safe files list for you.
