This may seem like a dumb question and probably is but I just want to make sure I did this correctly. It just seemed to easy. 
When I ran the leaktest and clicked clt.exe and hit test. It ran through the tests like normal. I had a few firewall popups while the test was running. I just clicked block on each and scored 340/340. I just want to make sure I did this correctly. Can anyone just verify I did this correctly. If so, kudos to Comodo…
Sounds as if you did it correctly! You allow CLT to run (to be able to run the test) and block any further prompts. Kudos on getting 340/340!
