Question on BLUE Unknown files

In the File Lookup (under File Rating > Unrecognized files), what does the BLUE icon mean? The online Help describes all but the BLUE one.

I know there are 2 unknown status, one means that comodo has the file (been submitted already) but hasnt been analyzed yet and the other means its unknown and hasnt been submitted yet. Sorry i dont remember which is which

Thanks; I kind of thought that this was somewhere along those lines but wanted to check. However, the mystery gets a little murky here. As you can see in the below screenshots, one side of Comodo says my files are not submitted while the other side says they are. ???

If you do the scan again, do they change color?
