I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but prior to installing CIS 4 I had some items quarantined in CIS 3, I wanted to restore one of these items but am not sure how to go about doing that now that I have installed the newer version since in CIS 4 my old quarantined items are no longer there so I was wondering what should I do?
Do you mean that they were deleted when you upgraded to V4? ???
If that’s what happened, then I’m going to have to assume they’re gone, but someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Well, they were in quarantine when I had V3, I hadn’t deleted them yet. Once I went to V4 however there is nothing in the quarantine now.
Sorry if you use the upgrade method 3.14 to 4.1 it does warn you that it is going to uninstall 3.14 the only thing it keeps I think is your old active configuration if you check the folder before restart there is nothing left.
