I just purchase Firewall Pro Plus & A-VSMART and throughout the process was never taken to a download page.
I’ve looked all over the site and cannot find anything but the free version download.
I received two emails, one that my account has been added and the other A-VSMART Warranty Plus Installation Order Acknowledgement. Neither contain anything about downloading the product.
I finally downloaded the Free version 3.0.22.349 and installed that, thinking that it may have a vehicle for upgrading to the pro plus version. That hasn’t helped.
How do I get the software???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
There is only one version - if you have v 3.0.22.349 you do have the right one! What you have purchased is not another firewall than the free one, but A-VSMART Warranty.

Read what you bought. You didn’t buy a Pro version of Comodo. Comodo Firewall Pro is what it is named. You bought a warranty to protect you if you get infected.
