psiphon.exe detected as malware. Most likely FP

CIS keeps detecting psiphon (the internet anti censorship tool) as being malware for some time:

NOTE: please note that this software appears to be updated frequently (almost daily or once every few days). For this reason, file hashes would not help I think. However, the file is digitally signed:

I think comodo only pops up when the file is run from USB (but I am not sure if this is the most exact cause, just a probable cause - it may be flagged for being run form USB). But I have also noticed it being flagged as malware even from hard drive.
