Proxy and Comodo firewall

Hello!
I’ve a problem using Comodo firewall behind a proxy : The proxy has been configured using the import IE settings, but still, it’s impossible for me to :
-review threatcast result
-lookup a file in my pending file
-submit a file to comodo

Strangely, I’ve used a while ago CIS, ( with the AV) and the updates of the AV were going fine.

Any idea of what’s going wrong ?

Sorry about the stupid questions:

  • Is it necessary to use a proxy?
  • Does it work without one?

Not a stupid question I’ll explain :wink:

If i had the possibility to not use one, i would, but i’m in a “Grande ecole” l, and we must use the proxy to access the internet.
