I wanted to know, what folder(s) have you added to the protected data folder so they cannot be accessed by sandboxed applications?

If you don’t use browser inside Virtual Desktop, i’d also add browser profile folders (under “Users”). And also add other folders outside My Documents that hold photo, audio files or video files. Ransom malware tends to encrypt those…
