I use CIS final version,and when config CIS and next restart windows, comodo is runing but not qustion for app when connect to internet… My config for firewall is customer.

Apps are allowed to connect to the web by the Metro Apps rule. That’s why you won’t be asked. You need to remove the Metro Apps rule to get the control you want.
