Program NOT Leaks out bypassing Network Control Rules. (Author mistake[RESOLVED]

Windows XP with all latest updates (almost fresh install), Windows firewall - disabled, program - FlashFXP v3.4.0 (build 1145) and Comado Firewall Pro v2.4.16.174, alert Frequency Level is set to Very High.
I allowed outgoing connections for FlashFXP.exe and for both TCP and UDP for any port and IP.
Also created rule in Network Control Rules and placed it in top of the list, saying block outgoing TCP and UDP traffic to IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (ftp server adress) and Log.

Ok now i fired FlashFXP and connected to that FTP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21 and i was not able to connect, no warnings was shown on Firewall, i restarted FlashFXP few times and i was able to connect and start downloading files from FTP, then i restarted FlashFXP few more times and was not abole to connect again.

If you wanna try heres FTP for you 207.46.236.102:21 (ftp.microsoft.com) though it wasnt one i tested on.

Edit: My bad i didn’t notice that last number in IP address was randomly altering by one value when connecting by host name.

Were you connecting to this ftp by host name or IP address?

By host name, but as long as i know its converted into IP adress before making connect so its never mind.

One hostname can match many IP addresses, so if you connect by domain name, but block by a certain IP address it may still connect.

checking

Can you post the logs of that here?

Thanks.
