Running XP Pro SP3 patched up to date and Comodo 3.9.95478.509, while running a scan using Ad-Aware, there were a number of errors notified in CNQ.exe with the above details. The system did not fail, just a number of such notifications … about 6 or 7 I think.

Cnq.exe is not a Comodo file. Does it belong to Ad Aware?

cnq.exe is part of the ASUS Cool n Quiet MoBo utility.

What program made the error report? Can you post a screenshot of the error report?
